On the iPhone 13 and earlier, and on the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, the back glass is glued to the frame, so we don't replace it on its own. Message us anyway and we'll tell you what we can do.
Timing
Often the same day, if the part is in stock. Before we start we tell you when it'll be ready; if the part needs ordering, we tell you straight away.
Before opening the phone we fill in the check-in sheet together: display, touch, Face ID / Touch ID, cameras, audio, charging and sensors. At pick-up we test them again in front of you.

Warranty
Every repair comes with a 3-month LidoTech commercial warranty on the work and the part, except Economy screens. The legal guarantee of conformity under Italian consumer law always applies, for every option. New damage after pick-up (drops, liquids) isn't covered.

Is cracked back glass dangerous?
Shards can cut and let in dust and moisture. Cover it with clear tape until it's repaired.
Why can't it be done on my iPhone 13?
Up to the iPhone 13, and on the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, the glass is glued to the frame. Replacing it on its own isn't a job we do: message us and we'll look at the options together.
Does wireless charging work afterwards?
Yes, we test it before and after the repair, together with the cameras and buttons.
