What this website collects
The site itself has no forms, no accounts, no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. The one exception is online booking (see below). For the Google map, see below. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log technical data such as IP addresses for security reasons.
Online booking
If you book an appointment on prenota.lido-tech.com, we collect your first name, last name, phone number, email (optional), your phone/device and the problem or repair you chose, and the appointment time. We use this data only to manage the appointment and the repair, and we don't share it with anyone. It is stored in a Cloudflare database (D1) in the EU region (Western Europe); name, phone, email and problem description are stored encrypted. To protect the form from abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser. If you give us an email address, we may send you an appointment confirmation by email through an email service provider.
How long we keep it
Cancelled bookings, and bookings that never went ahead, are deleted 3 months after the cancellation or the appointment date. For completed repairs, personal data is removed 24 months after the repair is handed back (the legal guarantee period); only an anonymous record remains for our accounts. This clean-up runs automatically every day. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to lidotechlido@gmail.com.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta). We use your name, number and message only to answer you and handle the repair, and we don't share them with anyone.
Map
The home page embeds a Google Maps map, which loads when you scroll to the opening-hours section. Your browser then connects to Google's servers: Google receives technical data such as your IP address and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to lidotechlido@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
